BEST COFFEE WOW CAKE

This cake as a combination of WOW and Betty Boop cake with less my shift. Fragrant, juicy, chocolate.

Making Crust

Warn  oven to 180 c. Mix the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder sieved so. Melt the chocolate and butter. Fermenting water. Add the flour with the cocoa and baking Whisk the egg white from the snow firm and gently stir the dough. Whisk the eggs with sugar and vanilla to add them in melted chocolate with butter, milk and hot water.

Baked on  35 45 min.  Allow to cool. The crust is not flat, but the salient part you must cut.

Cream 1

Separate little milk in it, stir eggs, pudding powder, sugar and vanilla. In the rest of the milk, liqueur and rum over low heat and melt the white chocolate .Put mixture with the eggs and cook a thick cream. Cover with plastic wrap top  cream and leave to chill.

When the cream chill mix neutral cream. Whip cream mixer so she added gelatin. Gently stir in whipped cream. Cream, divided into three parts.

Connecting Cake

On the first pad to put crust. Put around round hoop cake. Soak dressing, smear cream, covers the second crust, brush the sauce soak the cream, fold third crust, saturate the dressing coated with cream.

Leave the cake in the fridge over night. Tomorrow day put  off carefully round hoop cake, smear whipped cream cake decorate in order.
